Make Your Own Healthy Ice Cream! (Quick and Easy)

For all those prepping for your bikini bod, here’s a delicious dessert to satisfy cravings without the guilt! I came upon this ice cream recipe on stumble upon and couldn’t resist. It’s extremely easy and quick to make. The hardest part is staying patient while it freezes. The recipe requires no dairy so it’s great for lactose-intollerants, it’s also low in sugar! If you have popsicle trays, make popsicles, kids love this healthy treat! Bananas are good for your heart, blood, nerves, etc. Although high in calories, peanut butter fills you up fast due to the fiber and protein.

Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas, 2 tbsps creamy peanut butter, 2 tsps cocoa powder

Process: Slice and freeze the bananas, put them in a food processor, when banana begins to look like whipped cream add cocoa and peanut butter, freeze until firm, eat and enjoy!

Optional additions: chocolate chips, raspberries, toffee, marshmallows, milk
